How is the price worked out?
You pay for the products you choose, less your Supply Drop saving. Drops start at two items and save 15%, rising to 20% at three and 25% from four items up — and the saving applies to every item, whatever the mix.
Can I have two of the same product?
Yes. Add as many of anything as you like, in whichever scents you like — two Underdog oils and a Sandalwood balm is a perfectly good drop.
Can I change what's in my drop later?
Yes. Add or remove items from any future drop as your routine changes. Nothing is fixed once you've started.
Why do shampoo and conditioner have fewer scents?
Our beard shampoo and conditioner are made in Underdog and Sandalwood Vanille only. Beard oil and balm come in all four scents.
What schedule should I choose?
Every 6 weeks suits most people for regular use. If you find yourself running low sooner, or building up a stash, adjust it whenever you like.
Can I skip or pause a drop?
Yes. Skip the next one, push the date back or pause until you're ready.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There's no long-term contract and no awkward cancellation process.
